Our most recent SIAS inspection took place in July 2012 and confirmed our outstanding practice as a Church of England school.

Stoborough School Sports update September 2016
Developing sports at Stoborough Primary School during the academic year 2015 – 2016 has been an exciting project. We recognise the importance of fitness and general well being that regular physical activity can bring. We also recognise the importance of pupils having the opportunity to develop a range of interests and skills in a variety of sports and the short and long term positive impact of this on developing self esteem, confidence, self belief, cooperation and communication amongst peers. Governments Sports Funding is guaranteed until 2020. Schools have £8000 + per year that is ring fenced for PE/sports provision. Schools are measured by Ofsted on the following items. Download the Update
Pupil Premium Information
Schools are allocated Pupil Premium funding for children from low income families who are eligible for free school meals or who have been looked after continuously for more than six months e.g. foster care. Furthermore, children who have parents currently serving in the armed forces are given additional funding to support them in school. At Stoborough Primary School the funding has been used to support the different needs of our eligible children. Download the Report

Healthy Schools Plus
Stoborough School was awarded healthy School Plus status in June 2012. This is awarded to schools who actively strive to deliver real benefits for children and young people by supporting them in developing healthy behaviours, helping to reduce health inequalities, helping to promote social inclusion, and in turn, helping to raise the achievement of children and young people.
