‘Our most recent SIAMS inspection took place in July 2017 and confirmed our Outstanding practice as a Church of England school.

Stoborough School Sports update September 2016
Developing sports at Stoborough Primary School during the academic year 2015 – 2016 has been an exciting project. We recognise the importance of fitness and general well being that regular physical activity can bring. We also recognise the importance of pupils having the opportunity to develop a range of interests and skills in a variety of sports and the short and long term positive impact of this on developing self esteem, confidence, self belief, cooperation and communication amongst peers. Governments Sports Funding is guaranteed until 2020. Schools have £8000 + per year that is ring fenced for PE/sports provision. Schools are measured by Ofsted on the following items. Download the Update

Healthy Schools Plus
Stoborough School was awarded healthy School Plus status in June 2012. This is awarded to schools who actively strive to deliver real benefits for children and young people by supporting them in developing healthy behaviours, helping to reduce health inequalities, helping to promote social inclusion, and in turn, helping to raise the achievement of children and young people.
